Developed by a consortium of professional institutes, voluntary and public sector bodies as well as private companies, the awards seek to recognise and celebrate personal achievement in outstanding leadership and management in Wales.

The organisations within the consortium share a passionate and professional belief that outstanding leadership (in all sectors) is the key driver of the growth of the economy of Wales.

The judges seek nominees whose work has impacted positively on moving their business or organisation forward, whatever their role and responsibilities within their business or organisation. Whether they are a volunteer, core worker, manager or executive, the awards seek to recognise leaders at any level who have shown innovation in their approach, resulting in positive outcomes.

You can nominate your chosen candidate on-line or you can download a nomination form for completion and return to us by post, fax or email.

There are six categories:

Businesses with more than 250 employees
Businesses with fewer than 250 employees
Voluntary and not for profit organisations with annual income of less than £250,000
Voluntary and not for profit organisations with annual income greater than £250,000

To encourage nominations at all levels we have this year created a new Team Leader award that is open to nominations from any sector and organisations of any size to celebrate the achievements of team leaders who have made a real difference to their organisation or their part of it.
