Nominations are
now closed for this year's awards.
Nominations for the 2008 Awards will open on 18th
October 2007 and close
on November 30th 2007.
Nominating is easy. You have three choices - online
nomination (the preferred method for us), Word
nominations and pdf nominations. The latter two
can be emailed faxed or sent by post (details
below). Please read the general info below before
nominating.
NEW for this year - You can return
to your nomination with ease. After the initial
screen you will be given the option of returning
to the nomination to complete later. We'll email
you a link to retrieve the started nomination
and complete at a time more convenient to you.
You will also be able to view and edit
the nomination.
For the online nomintaion you will be prompted
for the following information...
1. Nominee contact details
2. Nominator contact details
3. Nominee's organisation description (30 words
max) and number of employees
4. What difference to your organisation, community,
or to you personally, has your nominee made?
(250 words maximum)
5. What did your nominee do to make this difference?
(250 words maximum)
6. I think my nominee should win this award because?(30
words maximum)
7. The 3 words that sum up my nominee as an inspirational
leader are ???.
8. The 3 words that sum up my nominee as a leader
are... (3 words)
Nominating online is straightforward - you
may prefer to prepare some of the nomination in
advance using a text editor and paste into the
relevant fields. (Its best to avoid Word
bullet points as they can cause problems when
pasted into the online form - please use numbers
for listing achievements).
It is a condition of entry that you discuss your
nomination with the person you are nominating
for the Awards and that he /she has given his/her
agreement for you to nominate him / her.
