Since Bobby joined COSi
in 2002, he has been the driving force behind
the transformation of the company into a leading
global company, and his achievements have secured
the future of many jobs at COSi’s Maesteg
factory. Bobby introduced a system of team-based
working on the shop floor, which directly improved
productivity. His leadership style proves that
performance can be improved through investment
in people, which has defined Bobby’s leadership
style. He has instigated learning and training
programmes in the company, with teams regularly
presenting their achievements to the board. His
changes have made a real difference, leading to
